Solution created in an environment that has the D365 option for DataVerse enabled

Hello!
I have an app created within an environment that has the D365 Apps enabled.

The question is when I move it to another environment it would also need the D365 option enabled, I am not using any of the D365 apps, but would I need a D365 license to create such an environment ?
