    Hello @Veblitz ,

    PowerApps offer an app sample as a tutorial for managing tables (viewing, adding, updating and deleting items). I suggest having a look at it, it should help you get some insights on how it works.

    Basically, to delete an item, use "Remove()".

    To create an item, use "Collect()" or "Patch()".

    To edit an item, use "Update()" or "Patch()".

    You also could use a Form to quickly setup a screen for those three actions.

    Hope this was helpful to you.

    Thanks.

    My query is how to fetch data from another list inside the gallery and let me know if you need any clarity on the requirement criteria.

    Also,i developed the gallery dashboard and i performed the button delete etc,but the thing is my gallery which already display values from shortlisted list but if HR needs to add data from another Main list in to the existing gallery shortlisted list source

    Thanks for your understanding

    I'm not sure I get it.

    You have two lists, and you want to create a record in the "short" list from the "main" list?

    Again, you can use "Collect()" or "Patch()" to create a record in a list.

    Collect(
     source,
     record
    )
    //
    Patch(
     source,
     Defaults(source),
     record
    )

    How exactly do you want to create the records in your main list from your short list? Do you need a form in-between?

    If your goal is to manage a list by viewing/adding/removing/updating its items, I strongly suggest checking the app sample provided by PowerApps. It is a good and easy example on how to approach the subject.

    Thanks for quick turnaround

    I would require popup kind of form that would request for adding fields from main list and behind the form is gallery where user need to add this data from main list to short list.

    Please correct me wrong if this is achievable.Thanks for your time

    One quick way to achieve the "popup" solution is to play with the "Visible" property of a Form.

    Create a "Create" button. Add "UpdateContext({_formVisible:false})" in its "OnSelect".

    Create a form. Set its "Visible" "_formVisible"

    Mode:New
    Visible:_FormVisible

    Create a "Submit" button. Add code below in its "OnSelect":

    SubmitForm(formName), //Replace formName with the name of the form you created
    UpdateContext({_formVisible:false})

    This is the easiest but less appealing way to create a popup. The form appears when you click on the "Create" button, then when you press the "Submit" button its data is submitted to the server and the form is hidden again.

    Last but not least, once you perform this add form from main list datasource then finally this popup form added detail should get updated to the shortlist right.

    Kindly apologize if anything wrong with my understanding

    How is your "short" list connected to your "main" list"? Are they using the same datasource? Do you mean "main" list is the datasource and "short" list is the gallery?

    If they're from the same datasource, "Refresh()" it.

    If they're not from the same datasource and you want to create a new record based on the newly created record, use "Patch()".

    Patch(
     source,
     Defaults(source),
     {...}
    )
