Creating Power Pages with Embedded PowerApps and Implementing Access Management

We are in the process of developing power pages and have embedded PowerApps in them. Alongside this, we aim to manage access effectively, ensuring that a user can only view the data they have created in a specific table.

 

We have two custom tables: one for Company Information and another for Employee Information, both intricately connected.

 

Users are empowered to create company and employee information for their respective customers, and we want to enforce a system where only the creator can access and view the data.

 

I need assistance in setting up this access management.

    Hi @Shariq55 ,

     

    If logged in users are going to add companies and employee's data on Power Page Site, then you can manage this access via table permissions. 

     

    If users will add information into embedded PowerApps, then in that case you can post the question to Power Apps Community for better answers/suggestions.
