Excel to Planner (Updating, creating new bucket, automate)

Hello Everyone,

In summary:

  1. Updating taks in planner from excel (assign, Start Date, Due Date, Task Title, Description, Priority)
  2. Creating a new bucket out of the excel sheet
  3. Creating a flow that starts when something is modified either in excel of planner

My story:

I have managed to create a "Manuel Trigger flow" that creates tasks in planner out of my excel data. However I want to make this process even more efficient so that if I update the data in the Excel sheet the task in planner will be also updated. I tried a lot of different things but it always creates a new task an does not update the existing task. The field I want to update are: assign, start date, due Date, Description, Priority and Task Title.

Another challenge that I am facing is that I create a new bucket with my tasks. I tried to add a column in me excel sheet with the name of the bucket but till yet I did not manage that this new bucket will be created from my excel.

The last challenge is the flow itself. Till now I only managed to create this flow with a Manuel trigger flow. Preferable I would like to create a flow that works automatically as soon as something is modified either in the excel or in the task in planner. So that this flow works in two direction and always displays the right information on both sides.

Let me know if you need more information and if this is even possible.

Sorry that it is so much but I am really struggling and I don't know who else to ask. Thanks for your help
