Email not sending, receiving branching action not satisfied error

Hello Everyone!

I'm trying to build a flow to automate Form responses for approval. After the Form responses receive approval, the Flow is supposed to send an email. However, I'm getting this error, and I'm not sure why: ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied. However, the action is satisfied, the approver is selecting "Approve" in the approval action, and the email is set under the If Yes condition for the Flow. Any suggesitions?

Hi @HeatherF ,

Could you share a screenshot of your flow?

According to your description, you want to send an email if a submitted form is approved.

I have created a flow likes below which is working properly. The error you’ve mentioned doesn’t occur.

Please check it for a reference.
