If you submit from the page, it will be added to the Note table. How can I move it to OneDrive?

1. When a row is added
- Change Type: Create
- Table Name: Notes

2. Create a file
- Path: /Test
- Name: file name
- Content: Documents

I want to move the file itself rather than creating a new file in OneDrive.
