It takes > 5 minutes to delete just 500 of the 5,000 records from a CDS entity by using the following code as suggested in the documentation for the Clear function
RemoveIf(CdsEntity, true)
This is very poor perfomance, and there is no way to delete all records at once.
Does anyone have a better idea of how to truncate a CDS entity?
If the issue just started it might be related to the overall CDS issue that others are reporting (including myself)
