where to save the answers to the emails of option outlook.

Hello to all,

I'm looking for where to save the answers to the emails of option outlook.

In fact, for approval mails, the answers are saved in PowerAutomate in the "Approval">"History" tab.

Is there a similar record for outlook option mails?

    Hi @Alexandra7 

     

    There is no preset place that displays the data for outlook send email with options. 

     

    You can setup a SharePoint list or a Dataverse Table and update it from the flow where you have the send email with options action.
