Can users with "Microsoft Buisness Standard" create and execute Power Apps without having to start trial

I am working on an existing tenant, and some users have this license:-

so is this license sufficient to create and use Power Apps without having to start trials?

    Yes, as long as the app only uses standard connections like SharePoint and OneDrive.
