I’m currently developing a support agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The agent allows users to provide issue descriptions, and I want to enable them to upload relevant issue documents. While most of the controls are functioning as expected, I’m facing some challenges with allowing document uploads through the chat window.

Specifically, I need assistance with:

How to prompt users to upload their issue-related documents in the chat interface.
How to capture these documents and pass them to a Power Automate flow for further processing.

Could you please guide me on how to set this up, or provide any relevant resources to help achieve this integration?

Hello Sahad,

currently there's no direct option to attach files in the Copilot Studio chat. You'll need to find a workaround about this for now like using an external MS Forms or something like that.
