How do I troubleshoot a simple Flow when the error is cryptic to me?

Hello, friends!

I have a simple flow set up to send an email notification to a set of recipients when someone submits a Form I have set up in Office. Flow retrieves answers from a handful of fields from the form and sends the email.

For the past couple of weeks, the Flow has been failing on its first attempt 100% of the time. The error message says "ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded." When I look at the dependent action (Get response details) it just says "Unauthorized." I have the services connected through my account, so there shouldn't be any reason it's unauthorized.

What's even more strange is that when I open the run history and visit the failed run, I can almost always click "Resubmit" and it runs successfully. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries, but I can usually get it to run.

I'd love to know how to fix this issue, but I'd also like to know if there's another official troubleshooting or support resource in addition to user forums?

Hi @Keaton,

You can try one thing just remove all the connections from the your Flow Environment and create fresh connections once Again.

1. After Logged into your Flow Click on Gear icon --> Connections.
2. Remove all the Connections which you are currently using into the particular connection,
3. Configure all the connection once again and then check the flow's performance.

I hope it probably will solve your Eroor.

Hi @Dev_Nikhil,

Thanks so much for your willingness to help! I was able to remove the problematic connections, but I can't figure out how to add them back in now. I went to the connections page to try to add them from there, but they still don't show up as connectors within the Flow in question. Can you walk me through how to do it?

If you go back to your Flow, click the setting on the Action in question then you should be able to recreate the connection from there.

Hi @Keaton,

Please, go through the below information it will surely help you out.
Whenever you edit the Flow you will get this type of error message and From here you can create the Connection.

Or
You can Create New Connection or Select from Existing Connection by clicking on the Ellipses menu in the Top-right corner of the Action.

After that you have a Menu like below from there you can select the Existing or Can Create a New Connection for that Particular Action.
