I have the same problem as here

Did anybody solved it?

TLDR: When mapping custom claims like "logicalName1=claim1,logicalName2=claim2", the Contacts table does not get filled with the data even if the claim exists in the id_token.

There is no way to save custom claims from an external identity provider?

If you are wanting to populate additional fields from the identity provider, then you will need to make sure you have configured it in the authentication settings for the portal/power pages.

The place you add them is in the Advanced section of the configuration of the identity provider mentioned on the same page above where the link points to. (or can be added to a Site Setting - can't remember its name off the top of my head)

Hi @Fubar

Is this the section you are saying?
No matter what I enter here, it makes no difference, still only default fields are registered, first name, last name and email, also it saves full name which is concatenation between first and last name.
Have tried entering just the additional claim I want but also like in the picture, all the claims, including the default ones.

After making any changes, have you been (you need to) syncing the portal (i.e. clear the portal cache).

Have found the problem, through Microsoft Support.
The claim was text in the JWT, like "12345678" and the column I've made was whole number, since the claim was inside quotes, it's text, so I had to make the dataverse column as text.
