PowerApps permission for sharepoint online

Hello community members, 

 

I just started with PowerApps and would like to create a PowerApp with some Charts into it and include it in a webpart for sharepoint. 

 

Data for App comes from a Sharepoint List.

Only few members have access and permission to the List but the App should be visible for all users und guests in Sharepoint. 

 

1. Do I need to set some permission to make only the App visible for All user? 

2. How does the dataconnection work with the List? Will the charts adapt with the listitem whenevery a new item was added or deleted or do I need to refresh the App manually ?

 

I appreciate some generell tipps for PowerApps especially when usecase is Sharepoint.

    1. You need to share the app which can be done from the maker studio
    2. The users of the app need to have access to the SharePoint list in order to interact with the SharePoint data. This is by design. Assuming those users have access, it should refresh automatically.
