Paragragh spacing in text boxes when building workflow processes

Hi Community,

I am building a workflow process that actions text to generate in the description box of an appointment. The process works but the text, although structured in the flow, always sends congested. See example:

What I want

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting us. We will reply shortly.

Grief Centre

What is sent

Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We will reply shortly. Grief Centre.

I'm hopeful there is a super easy solution and not an HTML thing. Bit clueless when it comes to that.

In fact, the easiest way to achieve your needs is to use Html tags.
