Dataflow Refresh trigger triggers with error. Makes no sense to me.

I need assistance around the action when a dataflow finishes refreshing. Currently I have power bi datasets that are autorefreshing even tho the dataflow has an error and no content. Why would there not be a parameter in the trigger for refreshes without error???
