Filtering Gallery by Multiple Dropdowns

Hi,

I am working on an App that pulls data from an Azure DB. On the first page of the App, I want to have three drop downs: one that filters the gallery by product (dropdown called "Product"), one that filters the gallery by State, and one that filters the gallery by Plan.

Here is an example of the kind of data I am working with:

DB Example.PNG

The way the DB is set up is each product has a column and in the column it states whether it is Covered, Not Covered, Preferred, Not Preferred, or Unknown. I also am incorporating a circle control that changes color based on the status of the product they filtered the gallery by. Here is the following coloring I want the circles to change based on the Product

Covered = Yellow

Not Covered = Red

Preferred = Green

Not Preferred = Red

Unknown = Black

For this I have the fill of the circles in the gallery set to this:

If(ThisItem.Product_A_Electronic = "Covered", Yellow, ThisItem.Product_A_Electronic ="Not Covered", Red, ThisItem.Product_A_Electronic = "Preferred", Green,ThisItem.Product_A_Electronic ="Not Preferred", Red, Black)

This is working properly, I just need to figure out how to filter this list using the three specified drop down and the data I have.

All help or suggestions are welcome!

Thank you!

    Hi

    Your questions is similar to the answer as in:

    Please have a look.

    Thank you, I read the link you posted and that helps with my drop downs, but it doesn't help with how to filter my gallery based on what is selected in the drop downs. I want the gallery of items below to be filtered based on what is selected in the three drop downs. Do you know how I would achieve this?

    Hi

    I don't really understand what you mean.

    But first of all, please

    - Check the way you organize your data in excel. It is utmost important because the sample I shared with you, is not only how to filter, but how to organize data in excel (I forgot to remind).

    - Once data is well organized, then Dropdown & Filter will work.

    Please read again how do I do that.

    If I can do that that means you can do it.

    NB: Please remember Excel is used to store RAW DATA, not to arrange data. It is used by the formula in the Apps to organize.

    TQ
