Combo box does not pass default selected value to HTML text. It only pass value when I change the value in it. Anybody any idea of how to fix this?

I have this code snippet in HTMLText<h1>"&If(ComboBox.SearchText = "",ComboBox.Selected.Value,ComboBox.SearchText)&"</h1>
Combobox have this peculiarity that sometimes default selected doesn't work. Can you try resetting your combobox before this html code?
Reset(ComboBox name);
It gives error as this combo box is a part of form. And also I think resetting combo box would wipe the saved input data.
