I have a sharepoint list. I would like to require notes be entered in the multi line text field when the status choice is changed to "resolved", is this possible?

The note will need to be entered by the user when the status is changed. Does that workflow do that?
Where is the note entered?
This is an automatic flow that only detects the state of the record.
