I work in a servicedesk and have a process to email the managers to say when the service desk has opened and closed successfully. There are a number of checks to do and to make sure all calls have been logged and assigned and the telephone lines have been opened etc.
I was hoping to create a Teams app where some of this can be made a little easier with a simple interface where a member of the Team can go in and tick a couple of boxes and click a button to Open the helpdesk and it fires off the email. It should say the the helpdesk is open and then display a Close button ready for the end of day checks and email to be sent. Everyone in the Team should be able to see who clicked on Open and the time and tick boxes etc.
Do you think using a Power App is the way to go for doing something like this ?
