Hi.

I get the following error message when I try to add a toggle switch to a form in my model driven app:

Error: A dialog with the same name already exists in the system. Please try again. (SessionlD: 81755b10-91ed-1 lea-8386-6bbe21d24ca2)

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @karimabdelrazek ,

Do you mean that the error message shows when you adding flip in a form?

If not, could you describe more clearly about what did you do which lead the error message showing?

I've made a similar test but not met any error message.

I added multiple flips in the form and add multiple flips for the same field.

    No error message showed.

Hi @v-yutliu-msft . Yes, I get this message when adding a flip to the form. When I save the form, this is the message I get. The steps I took are as follows

    1. I created a field in my entity called "Pre-Project Phase in Scope?" and set it to "two options" with "yes" and "no" as the options
    2. In my form designer, under "Input", I select the "Flip-Switch"
    3. When the dialogue box pops up, I select the "Pre-Project Phase in Scope?" from step 1, and select "done"
    4. The flip switch is added to my form. When I press save, I get the error message.

@v-yutliu-msft  PERFECT! Thank you! I followed the threads and the following solution was provided. I only needed to apply Step 2. The "“Offline capability for Dynamics 365 for Outlook” was the culprit. I unchecked it in my entity and everything now works. Many thanks!

This is a Microsoft issue and below is the resolution they provided.

    1. Open the solution and click on the entity with the issue (Ex: Contact) .

    2. Uncheck the “Offline capability for Dynamics 365 for Outlook” (you should be able to see this field when you click on the entity )

    3. Check “Business Process Flows” field as well.

    4. Then export and import the solution into the target.

    3. Once the import is successful, again check the “Offline capability for Dynamics 365 for Outlook” field and again export and import the solution.
