    Hello,

I am unaware of how you would do that with the actions you have. Please share the article that showed you how to do it for other people (without the flow running as them) or signed in as them.

That way I can help you figure out what part of what they said to do isn't being done.

    Cheers

    Hi

I followed this guide to setup the recurring autoreply, but it doesnt show how to assign a task to another user
    autoreply

So just need an example of somebody that has assigned a task to another user, to see how it can be done

    Hi,

I am confused. You first asked how to setup automatic replies for someone, which you can't do. That article doesn't describe how to do that.

Now you said you wanted to assign a task to another user, what does that mean and what does it have to do with automatic replies?
    Cheers

    Hi @cs87 ,
The only way to achieve what I understand you're trying to do is to create and set up within the workflow a connection to Outlook with the person's you're trying to set up Automatic Replies credentials and then change the connection on the "Set Up Automatic Replies" step of your flow.

    Hi

Sorry for the confusion. Ive configured the job for scheduled automatic reply and want to assign it to another user.

The task works as intended when i run it and the target is the same account i used to create it.

Now i want to assign the task to another user and thats the part that i need help with

so i would need the credentials for all the users i want to apply this task to?

I believe so. Anyway, it makes sense, because if credentials were not required you could take actions on other people's mail account without their permission.

    Hello,

This goes back to my first response where I said

how to do it for other people (without the flow running as them) or signed in as them.how to do it for other people (without the flow running as them) or signed in as them.

So yes, for you to make this work, it can RUN as anyone, but the actual ACTION of sending the out of office replies ON, you must have the Action itself use a Connection that is signed into Office 365 as the user whos Exchange account you want to access, so that you can send replies on their behalf.

You can keep reusing the same flow, but you must update the User Connection for the action itself.

So the answer is still the same 🙂 and thank you for clarifying it was very help.

Since this is still the original resonse/answer I'd be grateful if you can choose this as the resolved answer. Have a great day
