Hi all, I keep receiving this error message when my flow runs using Create an Approval then Wait for an Approval. I found this information online: 'By the time the "Wait for an approval" action executed, the approval had already been completed. Only active approvals can be waited upon by this action.'

Is the approver lightning fast? I can't figure out why this happens. Any thoughts/idea would be appreciated.
