Modifying Power Pages Form Attributes (Labels, Fields)

I'm practicing on a Power Pages form. I would like to fine-tune the form, resizing and re-aligning the Labels and Fields.

Can this be accomplished, if yes how?

This is the sample Power Pages form I created.
