Hello ~

I have 2 questions about outlook in Automate Desktop:

1. I have a flow with 3 steps, the 1st is Launch Outlook, 2nd is Retrieve email messages from Outlook, the retrieve will search the unread mail with the mail subject is "ABC", and then I want to use "Respond to Outlook mail message" function to send the mail in 2nd step to other people's mailbox, but I don't know how to fill in the "Mail message" in step3 ,could you help teach me what to fill in in “Mail Message”?

2. I want the desktop flow triggered every 10mins, what I can do to achieve it?

So, %RetrievedEmails% is a list. You can reference a specific row in the list based on a 0 index. What that means is %RetrievedEmails[0]% is the first email, %RetrievedEmails[1]% is the second email and so on. That is what you need to put in the "Mail Message" field.

If there is only 1 email, then use %RetrievedEmails[0]%. If there is more than 1, then you will have to set up a logic to find the 1 you want to respond to.

As for running every 10 mins: if you are only using PAD, you just have to put it on a loop with Wait (600) at the end of the loop. PAD will constantly be running in the background, but it shouldn't take up too much performance. To my knowledge, there are not time triggers local on PAD.

The other alternative is, if you have the paid/unattended license, then you can schedule the bot to run every 10 mins, but that is online flow stuff and outside the scope of my knowledge.
