Hello,

I am looking to see if there is a way to link a 'Status' columns to multiple items/entries that contain the same entry in two of the columns. In attached screenshot, the File Number and Property will be the same for all related documents. If i were to update the Status column for one, it will update it for all that have the same File Number and Property.

As an example, in the screenshot attached, if I were to upload 'TESTFinal', input the respective metadata ('File Number' and 'Property'), and set the status value as 'Closed'. I would like to have the other two related documents (TEST and TEST2) status column also updated to Closed w/out having to go edit those (or use 'bulk edit properties').

Would flow be the only way to achieve this?
