But everytime I get this error:
{
"error": {
"code": "XrmAdminRequestFailed",
"message": "The call to the XRM admin service failed with status code 'Forbidden' and message: ''."
}

I have all the admin rights access.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    You can try by deleting the current connection to Approval and adding a new one and try again. Go to Data -> Connections and you should see the Approvals connection over there. Delete and make a new one and it should work. Please see the screenshot below:

    Hope this Helps!

    Hey! Did you create the new connection to approvals?

    Can you share a screenshot of the expanded flow?

    Also, please refer to this

    "Microsoft disconnected Common Data Services at their end a couple weeks ago. That's why Approval connector failed to work. To solve the issue, your O365 global admin needs to create a database at your tenant site. That will solve this issue. "

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    I agree with @yashag2255 that this is related to upgrade of CDS database.

    For details, please refer to the following blog:

    Remember-to-upgrade-your-previous-version-cds-database-to-preserve-flow-approvals-history-or-entity-data

    Besides, please check this similar thread and see if it helps:

    How to upgrade my CDS? The gov cloud just got activated for us about 10 days ago... do we have control to upgrade that?
