Issue uploading from VSCode

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue or has a potential solution.

My development flow is typically as follows:

1. I have my Portal code synced to VS Code via the Power Platform Tools extension, usually works great

2. I make changes in the code, then run the command: pac paportal upload -p <mypath>

3. Open <myPortalUrl>/_services/about and click "clear cache"

4. Refresh my portal and see the changes

However, there have been a handful of times where I run the upload, the terminal shows that it was successful, I clear the cache, and I dont see the changes. Sure enough, if I open the development tools and view the code, I can see that the changes arent there.

I've tried repeating uploading and clearing the cache many times and dont see the changes pushed to the site. Is there somewhere else that this could be getting stuck that I can check? I often have to wait till the next day and upload again for the changes to push. This basically kills my development process.

I also develop in VS code and use pac paportal upload, I havent experienced the issues you describe. Although rather than using the '_services' webpage, I've been using 'Powerapp portal Studio' and clicking the 'Sync Configuration'  (reload server cache) button first then clicking the 'Browse website' (reload browser cache) button after a successful pac paportal upload from VS Code. Maybe next time this happens you can try that and see if any difference.

    Thanks for the suggestion @kirra,

I just figured out what the issue was for me. I have been editing the home content page, and for some reason there was a copy created in my vscode suffixed by my local computer name. Not sure why this would was created...

Anyways, it looks like I was making changes in that file and not the proper file.
