Get Attachment Content output not showing

I am creating a flow that will send an email with an attachment from a newly created SP list item. However, I can't get the output from Get Attachment Content to put as attachment in the email. Does anyone know a work around for this? The item is created through individual controls on PowerApps and by pressing a button afterwards.

    Please move the 'Send eamil' action into the 'Apply to each'.
