I have deployed an app that uses the pen capture, however the pen strokes are only smooth/ responsive on certain devices (Huawei/ Apple) but when using on Samsung Tab A or Samsung A40 it misses most of the stroke and seems to connect a series of dots.
The devices themselves are more than responsive to handle pen strokes smoothly... any ideas?!

I'm afraid there's no setting about this.
Please check the system requirements:

If your system doesn't meet requirements, some functions may not support.

This is bummer since PowerApps dont' have exact hardware specification and just in general spec.
