I have an image taken by the camera function on a PowerApps App and I would like to know, how can upload it to a Dataverse Table in a specific row (image type file)?

I have made a simple test for your reference.
1. Here is my Dataverse table.
2. Here is my App.
You could try to use the SubmitForm() function to upload the photo to the Dataverse table.
I manually add a Camera Control in the corresponding Data Card of the Image column, then apply the following formula on this Data Card's Update property as:

In addition, you could use the patch() function to achieve this.
