Combo Box showing more fields

Hi, I have a combo box where I just want it to show one column in the display field, which is the name column on a SharePoint list.

 

However, even when I eddied the DisplayFields of the combo box, to ["Name"] it is still showing another column right below is as well. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

    From the Property Pane on the right for the Combobox, choose Edit next to fields and then choose Single for the Layout.
