How to export a flow from one user to another

Hello
I need to share a flow with a friend and I need to know how to export my flow to him.

thanks a lot in advence

    Simply go to your list of flows and select Export > Package (.zip) from the menu and follow the prompts:

    Create a solution is the best way to export. Add your flow inside the solution. The export as managed or unmanaged. Unmanaged means your friend can edit the flow after importing.
