First time posting, so apologies in advance if i have left any information out that i should provide!
Basically I have a report in excel format that triggers an approval process through power automate when it is saved in a temporary folder on sharepoint. Once approved, the file content is gathered, and a file is created in its correct folder in sharepoint for record keeping, and a script is run on the file to email part of one the worksheets out as a summary to other people. During the approval process, there may be changes to some of the data in the excel file, however once approved the flow always seems to send out the original version of the file, rather than the adjusted version, despite not being asked to get the file content until after the approval. I changed the original format to try and use get file metadata to make it interrogate the file again and provide a new id to use in Get File Content, but this isnt working either as i cant seem to get the correct id for the trigger. :{
