Clicking on "Manage Connections" link in Microsoft Flow somehow is not working, it would just showing the page being loaded for hours... I've tried this multiple times today and still no luck. Is this a known issue?

It's not a known issue, I have checked on my side, it works successfully.
You can log out and log in in the MS Flow account then check it or exchange the account to log in if you have another account.
