Hi everyone, I need help. How do I convert this excel vlookup formula to find the values highlighted in yellow (as an example) ? I need to use two variables : "height" and [trim] ,"height" text input control and in the case of columns [TRIM...] based on drop down list. The result in text label. I'm new here and I hope you understand my question. Thanks!

excel formula =VLOOKUP(C$16;ARM!A$2:L$133;MATCH(B$12;ARM!A$2:L$2;0))

C$16 [TRIM] DROPDOWN     AND    B$12  "HEIGHT" TEXT INPUT

Hey @JBrito, you can certainly find the record using a LookUp() using your HEIGHT as the filter, but this will of course return a record with all the "TRIM<xxx>" values as columns.

There is currently no way to 'dynamically' reference a column name. Some solutions involve very high maintenance Switch() statements, or pivoting the data before you query it.

    These references might help:

Thanks for the guidance! I will analyze the links and see which option is better.
