I have created one flow when the mail comes with an attachment in the mailbox, the flow is executed, and need to create one file with respect attachment in the sharepoint document library. The file is created in a document library but the attached file name is changed to "Outlookreceiver.png". I need to preserve file name as it comes from my mail signature.
You could apply a filter to exclude the image files(signature).
