I want to try to simplify your Flow according to your requirements. It seems that there are a lot of steps that are not necessary.
Your requirements:
Checking the Status in the doc libraries once a day. If it is "Pending Approval", need to send an approval request, and the approval type is "Everyone from the assigned list".
First of all, the screenshot file Pic: 2 Update file properties I think can be removed, it does not work here.
Then, since the approval type is "Everyone from the assigned list", you could use Response instead of "Apply_to_each+Responses".
Because of the type of approval type, only Approver in the assigned list selects Approve, and Response is Approve. Conversely, as long as an Approver selects Reject, the Response is Rejected.
I noticed that your Status column has several values and updates under different conditions. Could you tell me which values? Of course, this may not be the cause of the issue, we need to focus on the file whose Status is "Pending Approval".
In summary, I think your Flow could be simplified to look like this(Simplified Step, but the configuration of custom content in action can be defined by yourself):
Start an approval action and Send email with options is consistent with yours, with no changes.
