Hi All,

I have an IT Request SharePoint primary list and I have a child lists related to the primary one (one to many), one of the child list is folder access permissions and has a manager approval (Folder Owner) column,

in power automate how to filter these items for each related manager and send to approve. so each manger will receive an email approval with his own items to approve.

I have managed to loop and get all managers for approval. but how to send the approval for each manager ONLY with his items.

another question, is it better to create a new flow for this task when child list items created or keep it with the primary list flow when new request item is created.
