Find a file name, matching employee number and email the file

I have a Sharepoint list of employee details and a folder that has images with naming protocol where every image has the desk number.

 

The SP List has employee details Columns: Employee_ID, Email, Desk_No

 

I am trying to get the flow when triggered to look up >> the relevant image/file stored in SharePoint folder/ or OneDrive folder by matching the image/file name with the value of Desk_no that exist in the Employees List and email the file to the corresponding employee.

 

Can anyone help?
