Update/ Add New rows from two different sharepoint lists into one sharepoint list

Hello,

I have list 1 and list 2 that get added and updated in Sharepoint. I have already transformed the existing data into list 3 so all column names match and all of the current data from list 1 and 2 already exist. Is it possible to build a flow that when list 1 and 2 get added and updated those changes are reflected into list 3? Do I have to build 2 different flows to accomplish this, or can I do this in one flow? Will I run into an ID issue when building the flows? Could anyone test this and post results? Thank you

The purpose of this is to get this data dynamic and create a dynamic calendar view for my SharePoint site.
