Remove Retention Label from form

I have a very simple form with just 5 columns. The form automatically adds the "Apply Label" to the form. This is not only confusing for a user, but isn't needed for this particular list. How can that field be hidden?

Thank you!

Could you post a picture of what it looks like now?

Sure. it's very last field at the bottom of the form

I just need the whole field gone and off the form. This list has no purpose for it, and it's confusing for users, since it doesn't apply anyway.

If you click on the Form you should see the Properties menu on the right of your screen.

The second item in Properties is "Fields". If you click "Edit" it will give you a list of fields(columns) in our Form. you can remove the unwanted fields from this list.

Hi there. Thank you for responding! (almost thought this thread was abandoned)!

Clicked on form, there's no properties. Unless I'm in the wrong place, I think admins changed the master code of the forms so we can't make those changes.

Aside from that, even if I go into the form, that crazy "Apply Label" is not shown for me to un-check it (again makes me suspect it's in the policies, which I can't have access to.  "Apply Label" not showing:

I'm using the standard new style Sharepoint form. I'm afraid to take the form into PowerApps. Done that before and it tears the form up, causing it to have to be rebuilt). Am I missing something?

Unfortunately, I misunderstood and thought this was in Power Apps! I am not sure how to get rid of a field in the SharePoint Form.
