I am creating a document register
With many columns such as approval status (pending, approved)

Active and obsolete)

I am creating an automation so that if someone edits (checks in) or adds a document to the list the request for approval is sent, once approved it changes status to active.
I am getting a cyclic error
If the document status is draft on adding to library or on check in, once approved it moves status to

change and moving back to draft
what am I mssing??
