Hi @ALL

I have query that in SharePoint there is two different list are there- Dealer Master and Vehicles.

From Dealer Master to Vehicles I want to copy data from Title column to Dealership Column. Where I lookup dealership column to Title.

I added dropdown in form. and applied formula on dropdown as follows-

Distinct(Filter('Dealer Master',City= LocationDataCardValue.Text, Make= MakeDataCardValue.Text),Title)

And dropdown values are not saved in database-Vehicles.

Thanks,

Bharti

    Hi @NandiniBhagya20

    Whenever I am using following formula it's working but on filter basis I need to fetch Value so It's come in that dropdown only it's not storing in database.

    Choices([@Vehicles].Dealership)

    Hi @iAM_BA ,
    Instead of adding new control in the form, add Dealership datacard by editing form settings and unlock this datacard. Hide DataCardValue control and add a dropdown control and use below formula in Items property of it -
    Distinct(Filter('Dealer Master',City= LocationDataCardValue.Text, Make= MakeDataCardValue.Text),Title)
    In Update property of the Dealership DataCard, use below formula -
    {Value: DropdownName.Selected.Value, Id: LookUp('Dealer Master', Title=DropdownName.Selected.Value).ID}
    DropdownName is the name of dropdown control added inside of DataCard Dealership.
    Value can be replaced with column name that comes from below formula -
    Distinct(Filter('Dealer Master',City= LocationDataCardValue.Text, Make= MakeDataCardValue.Text),Title)

    Hi @NandiniBhagya20

    {Value: DropdownName.Selected.Value, Id: LookUp('Dealer Master', Title=DropdownName.Selected.Value).ID}

    this is working but I have added another dropdown for select another dealer. If I want to pass that value then what will be the solution?

    Hi @iAM_BA ,
    Is your control to select another dealer has same functionality (same formula in Items property)?
    If would like to select multiple dealers in Dealership column, you can add a combobox instead of dropdown and make it multi-select. You will also have to make some changes in column settings of Sharepoint list.
