Getting many emails instead of just one

Hi,

I have the following flow where I expect in the end to just get one email (value in select is coming from a list companies query).

The resulting table in the email looks a little something like below:

I get an email 4 times if there are 4 contacts in the company. How can i update my flow to just send one email with all contacts included in table?

Thanks for the support

Hi there.  It sounds like you've also got an Apply to Each loop going?  Is it possible to "zoom out" a bit on your flow to see how this section fits into the rest of it?

@edgonzales . It's in an apply to each step where I'm taking the value after listing contacts in a previous step. The flow is quite large now. You can see at the bottom where the select part starts.

    Thanks. 11.JPG

    Hello @byrdwatcher1977

You will want to move the send email option outside the loop.

We can do something like this:

    Initialize an array variable

right after your select action, add a

Set variable action and put the output from select in there.

now move the rest of the items outside the loop. You should be able to reference the output now because the value is stored inside the array variable.
