Help with IF Statement using SharePoint Choice column and Combo box

I have a power app connected to a SharePoint list. one of the columns is a Multi select choice column so the user can select from a list of choices. In the power app this is represented by a combo box.

The user can select as many choice as they like but I need to put a dependency in so if they do select choice 3, then choice 5 is automatically included in the selected items.

having a hard time achieving this

here is what I have:

If(ServicesComboBox.SelectedItems = "Global Solution Support Centre (GSSC)",
Filter(Choices([@'Service Design Tracker List'].inprogress),
Value in ["Global Solution Support Centre (GSSC)", "Service Desk Integration"])

The error shows at the "=" sign and the error message says cannot compare type error to type table

What I also find odd is that in PowerApps it shows the Sharepoint field name as "inprogress" yet the name of the field in the sharepoint list is "Services". What is going on here?

    Hi @BrotherCole94 ,

    Please try this

    items

    Choices('Service Design Tracker List'.inprogress)

    Onchange

    If("Global Solution Support Centre (GSSC)" in ServicesComboBox.SelectedItems.Value&&Not( "Service Desk Integration" in ServicesComboBox.SelectedItems.Value) ,ClearCollect(Col,ServicesComboBox.SelectedItems);Collect(Col,{Value:"Service Desk Integration"}));

    DefaultSelecteditems

    ForAll(Col As temp,LookUp(Choices('Service Design Tracker List'.inprogress),Value=temp.Value))

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky

    Wearsky,

you are a genius and you have brought over 10 painful hours to an end. That worked!

I will use chat GPT to give me a break down of the Formula so I can use it again if I need to.

    Again, thank you!
