Need help to build E-leave management system

Hi Guys,
I had explored Power platform 3 months ago. And I am currently working an app for our company to allow employees take annual leave/sick leave or other leave via apps. But I am not sure whether it is feasible to do that with power apps & automate. The primary criteria would be:
1. Allow users to take e-leave (can select types of leave, half/full day)

2. Allow to auto calculate the remaining leave day and carried day. (for example, every year could take 12-day annual leave, and if I only take 10 days, then I could have 2 more days next year , so total 14 days.)

3. Able to check criteria when apply birthday leave. (As employee only able to take birthday leave within the month, if my birthday is 7th July, I can only take birthday leave on any day of July.)

4. HR is able to see the overview of absent situation, for example, monthly view, and see no. of absent employees everyday.

Please advice me on how to start with this project, or at least let me know whether this app is achievable. Thanks a lot.

As mentioned by @365-Assist , the Leave Request template will be a good starting point. What you are trying to achieve is certainly possible as I have built a similar solution.

1. Allow users to take e-leave (can select types of leave, half/full day) - Submit request via Power App
2. Allow to auto calculate the remaining leave day and carried day. (for example, every year could take 12-day annual leave, and if I only take 10 days, then I could have 2 more days next year , so total 14 days.) - Auto calculate the days in Power Apps
3. Able to check criteria when apply birthday leave. (As employee only able to take birthday leave within the month, if my birthday is 7th July, I can only take birthday leave on any day of July.) - Use the Office365 connector to retrieve the birthday, failing that use Power Automate to grab birthday from Delve and pass back to Power App.
4. HR is able to see the overview of absent situation, for example, monthly view, and see no. of absent employees everyday. - A small PowerBi dashboard for the HR Team, or if visuals are not required then access to the app and control the data through security groups.
