Problem fetching data from Dataverse table

We have created an application using Power Apps via Microsoft Teams Apps. As the data source we are using Dataverse table.

We are using hardware firewall FortiGate for protection of our company’s Information System.

After enabling firewall’s option Full-SSL Inspection, the data fetching from the Dataverse table stops working, which means when trying to run the Power App we’re unable to get (view) the data from the Dataverse table, within the app. On the other hand, when the Full SSL Inspection is disabled, the loading of data works fine within our app.

Can you tell us what we should do to get access to the Dataverse table, within the app, with the Full SSL inspection enabled on the firewall.

probably the firewall is blocking the access to the dataverse instance or to the microsoft url that handles the authentication/authorization. Inside the firewall software you usually see the list of the blocked requests, identify the one that are required and unblock that specific microsoft urls.

You might need to add an exception rule to your firewall.

Thank you for your answers, but we have already added exception rule for MS Teams apps in our firewall and in log file there are no blocked requests, also in MS teams there is no error.
