I am building a flow to send emails to receipients who email ids along with data saved in an excel on one drive. I have earlier built flows to extract data and compose in html table formats and send as emails:

The flow I am trying to prepare should:

- send one email to each unique email id and in body it should include data from column 3,4,5 in the table format. ( n batches of unique email receipents, one email for each)

Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you want to send single email to each person including table. If that’s the case, we need to combine variable action and union formula to achieve your purpose.

Here is my excel by the way:

Apply to each:

Apply to each 2:

Apply to each 3:

Once we run the flow, the records with same email address will be extracted and put into table and sent to the right person:

Thanks for the solution flow. It really solved my blocker.

How to mention the name value (in your excel/output its 'B') outside the table in the body email as dynamic content - and how can we sum the price column (can be outside the table as independent value).

have you found a solution for summing the price column? in or out of the table, it doesn't matter 🙂
