I am new to canvas app with dataverse, I have basic knowledge on dataverse.
Where I can get project/use case so that I can self practice? (It should contain dataverse security as well).

You can try this walkthrough on Microsoft Learn.
You can also try creating an app from one of the templates in the maker portal and tinker with it.
