Sending Mass/Bulk Approvals all at the same time

I am working on an approval workflow that starts with a SharePoint list and an FDA approver column with a People field and multiple rows of people the various FDAs must approve.

Sample table something like this

Participant Name Name	Amount	FDA Approver Name
Sam Smith		FDA person 1
Betty Brown		FDA person 2
Carol Creme		FDA person 1

The flow grabs all the rows where the FDA, me for example, are listed as the FDA approver and adds that information to the approval through the use of JSON

I can get PowerAutomate flow to run and approve for the one FDA on the list but then the second FDA on the list doesn't get their approval until after the first FDA has approved and so on.

ASK: How can I construct my flow so that each FDA on the list gets their approval regardless of whether another FDA as approved?

I think this can be achieved by adjusting the flow sample in this blog to suit your need

UPDATE: I found the following post on parent-child flow and have been trying to use this as a solution but am still running into the same result where FDA person 1 must approve before FDA person 2 gets their approval. I want FDA person 1 and FDA person 2 to get their own approvals but at the same time with no dependencies on each other.
@mister_Shiak - I've seen you assist others with Approval flows and wonder what you'd recommend.
